Return / Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Books showing signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ppjoe.com.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@ppjoe.com and send your item to: Flashback Toys Ltd. T/A PPJoe, Unit 33, Lillyhall Business Centre, Jubilee Road, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 4HA.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
